Terms and Conditions for Online Consultations

The fee that patients pay the doctor typically covers a follow-up made within one weeks of the first appointment, unless otherwise mentioned.

No insurance is accepted from patients and insurance is not billed by the doctor.

The doctor shall try her best to respond to messages from the patient or schedule a follow-up as soon as possible after a patient request. Prior medical/test reports typically will be reviewed during the consultation. If you believe that you are experiencing a medical emergency, we advise that you go to the emergency room at your nearest hospital.

By booking an appointment, you agree with our Privacy Policy and Refunds and Cancellations Policy, displayed below.

Privacy Policy

Patient confidentiality is a top priority for us and are committed to the security and private of our patients. Personal and medical information collected by the doctor is privileged and will remain confidential.

In case any personally identifiable patient information needs to be shared with a third party, such as another doctor or hospital, patients will be explicitly asked for their consent prior to sharing this information, except in the cases where we are required to share information with any authorities as stipulated by applicable law.
 

Virtual consultations are typically either done over a regular phone line or through Whatsapp call/video. While we try our best to ensure that conversations and information are encrypted, stored securely and held private, we cannot be held liable for any data breaches due to malicious actors.

Refunds and Cancellations Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. For cancellations made 24 hours or more before an appointment, the patient will not be charged. If you have paid a consultation fee and cancel more than 24 hours before, kindly write to us at ga@drgarimaaggarwal.com and request a refund.

We will process the refund as soon as possible; it typically will be credited to your original mode of payment within a maximum of 15 days (notwithstanding any delay from your bank/credit card provider).

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment shall be fully charged.
